More Humility

“Blessed are you

when people insult you,

persecute you and lie about you

rejoice and be glad”[1]

“No matter how something cuts,

never show by an angry flash

that you have been hurt.”[2]

trust the process

Outcomes happen

both planned and by chance,

so, never resent anything

go the way opens.

With that said, something said

contrary to the truth,

demands a quiet resistance

and a hearty correction.

“Love humiliations

and pray for them,

be disposed

to be slighted.[3]
