“Just cuz”is rarely for a just cause =

like I have to wait ‘just cuz’ your late.

Of course, it could be for good reason –

someone else needed your attention.

However, had you left earlier

I would not have been surlier

I am not suggesting you’re bad;

and I certainly should not be mad.

Yes, with someone who needed you;

is truly a right path to ensue.

I struggle though with the boundary lack

and the victim be of the ‘just cuz’ tact.

I long to be the company sought –

I don’t like being the afterthought

Sincere thoughts enable the ‘just cuz’;

heart and prayer embody the ‘be-cause’.

Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me." Well, for years I was smart, oh so very smart, I too recommend pleasant - Trust the harmony
